still can't understand why no one has burst through koto with more north-south lines or helped funnel people from edogawa and ichikawa to other parts of the rail system. :P
There are two serious proposals to do just that! A circumferential line from Kasai to Akabane, and radial line from Toyosu to Noda. Not sure when they'll ever get built though...
