Arterial road in Lexington. To the left and back are a Walmart, a Kroger, a Taco Bell, a McDonald's, 3 restaurants, a pizza place, and no less than 3 other fast food joints forward and to the right are neighborhoods ranging from lower middle class to public housing. Drivers are the ones who introduce the element of danger to our streets (there are no fatalities on the roads in car-free areas/cities, like Venice) and thus should bear 100% of the responsibility maintaining safety on the roads.
