Granted that ownership is required to enjoy them in the first place, better to own something which doesn't have randos coming and going on the other floors imho

From the tenant's perspective too: I'd prefer to live somewhere where I'm not liable to piss off the owner just by walking a bit too heavily or having friends over

If I owned one I'd live on the top floor. Most tenants are ok beyond that. It's too bad Somerville 3deckers are $1 million plus now
