The further up the hierarchy you go, the fewer the access points to the mode: - anywhere is accessible on foot - uber is accessible where there are roads and streets - trains are accessible wherever there are stations - flights are accessible only where there are airports

I seriously doubt this will be the case--and to the extent that we shoot for it anyway, I expect it will have severe consequences for physical fitness
