I want to see more people get involved in business, in unexpected ways that are thoughtlessly prohibited in USA...I want people to become more aware of their skills, their assets, and how to use them...I want to see my friends and neighbors grow PROSPEROUS

I argue not against such regulations *in principle,* but in excess! Japanese food safety regulations much more LAX than in USA, but the quality of food is immeasurably superior!

Certainly I have talked a lot about how much looser Japanese land use regulations are--and the tremendously beneficial effect this has on housing prices, startup businesses, and urban form!
