There are some wider roads that converge on Kyodo, too: moderately-sized roads from the north and the west, and a very wide one (still just two lanes lol) from the east (the direction of central Tokyo) The last one is so wide that they actually named it (Yurinoki Street)pic.twitter.com/GtMAPbuMHg
Someone was complaining to me recently that I can't talk about how Vancouver is doing density wrong because it's already one of the densest cities in NA. I zoom into random places and find that >90% of residential lots are 50% yard. "There's your 100% premium on rent".
