that's a silly point tho...it's part of the wall when not in use, and compared to the actual WC floor, it barely gets used at all

I've seen similar-sized facilities on various long-distance JR commuter trains (although I don't recall if I saw them on the Joban line)

and yes it definitely SHOULD be "Liberty" but Tobu is really sticking to their neologism here--they insist that it's "Revaty"
