You need to file a DMCA counter notification claim to YouTube. Then YouTube will have to restore the video within 10 days unless the fraud making the claim actually files a lawsuit against you. Which they won’t do because they don’t actually own the copyright.

The copyright system is SO bad. Any random person can file a copyright claim and THE PERSON WHO FILED IT GETS TO CHOOSE THE VALIDITY OF IT.
@YouTube@TeamYouTube needs a system where if a person wants to file a claim, they need proof that they own the "copyrighted" material -
If they can't provide legal proof of ownership of copyrighted material, then the claim will get invalidated
