I live across the street from proposed site and there’s construction going on but not clear if it’s
@33acres or something else. Perhaps they can comment if they see this.
The COT denied our application due to neighbouring houses worried about noise levels and access to the courtyard. As a community orientated business we thought it would be best to not fight it and push our way in. We’ll be back one day, but currently need to lick our wounds.

Ah, sorry to hear that. As I said, I live literally across the street, so I surely would've been a regular. Hope you have better luck with your next crack at it - some Toronto neighbourhoods are more welcoming to new breweries than others.
