From all I know, that shooter worked on her YT channel and she wasn't getting paid for her videos. This is kinda the problem work YouTube and their many restrictions for anyone to get paid on their channel. Before it was very easy to upload a 20 min long video…

Watching, liking, commenting it. And the uploader got paid if they were an official YouTuber like Markiplier, Jacksepticeye, and PewDiePie. Now, anyone trying to earn money for their videos might not get any b/c it gets demonetized and get no money for that video. …

It makes anyone trying to make a living off of YouTube even more difficult. Rookie YouTuber like Robin9030(
@robintolle9030), JamieLynn Official and many more still can't seem to get off their feet to earning a living. It makes sense why that girl shot up YouTube…1 reply 0 retweets 7 likes -
(Not that I support her or anything) it's b/c she couldn't make a living off of her own channel. There are many people that just managed to get past YouTube's guidelines like Let me Explain Studios(

If they become an official YouTuber, they should be getting paid for their videos. Except YouTube is being a huge nut about how appropriate every video is. Not so much for YouTube Kids, which has most things inappropriate as child cartoons.

That most likely won’t happen. There’s no excuse to commit an act of terror and this woman sounds clearly unstable to have done such a thing for such a reason. What I’m saying is, don’t go blame YouTube’s honestly crappy algorithms etc. for a horrible act of violence as..

No sane person would do such a thing. I understand that this woman may have needed the money but as many have said, you shouldn’t expect to get big on YouTube and rely on it as your main source of income. I hope the lady gets the help she needs but blaming youtube for this is bad
