    Plastic found on Cornish beaches. Includes party poppers, Monopoly houses, memorial poppies, Lego seaweed (lost at sea in 1997), curler pins, artificial plants, teeth flossers, Smarties lid (pre 2006), kangaroo & a cycle reflector (came free with Kellogg’s Corn Flakes in 1989).

    4 hrs to clear rubbish from a stretch of river I normally do in 90mins. Weir to weir in contained 302 pieces of rubbish inc, a stool, and all the usual waste bottles, cans packaging. Worst find was a double bagged pair of Mallards. Best was a fiver!

    It’s just Maggie n Mabel now as sadly I stroked Bub’s big, velvet ears for the last time in July. We miss her 💔

    I rarely get angry but today I was 😡when I saw this! Burned out BBQ buried in the sand, , 🚬 , old chair & balloons in the sea! 🏖 Happy I was able to bring it back across the bay on Grace, my paddleboard 🏄‍♀️
