@sfgov economy will take a huge dip and the city will risk bankruptcy as remote work become the norm. Small biz that relied on the tech industry will be hit the hardest. We're seeing what happens when the anti tech sentiment takes over & a soft response to resident concerns.
(cont) decline in tax revenue and money flowing into the city's economy will be devastating. This is what happens when inexperienced politicians like @chesaboudin @LondonBreed refuse to take a pragmatic city mgmt approach. SF took the tech industry for granted.

SF payroll tax will take a hit, property tax will fall with demands, sales tax as spending goes down, developers in the city will file for bankruptcy, unfinished projects. I've been comparing sf to Detroit if the govt doesn't work w/ tech and exodus will leave SF dry.
