    we live in a country which is currently writing off £15k in stamp duty to encourage landlords to buy more properties in order to keep inflating our property market, while those who want to provide public healthcare have to take on £83k worth of debt with 5.6% interest to do so

    This is my student loan with max grants & NHS bursary covering my last year of fees 🙃 new doctors in training will have even more

    i had the weirdest pit in my stomach eavesdropping on an asian grad student telling their Vietnamese refugee parents that asians are pretty much white people on the racial hierarchy a few years back

    I'm Uzbek (Navalny once commented on ignorance of Uzbeks), Muslim (Navalny once said a hijabi Barbie was the end of the civilization), have non-Slavic family in Russia so I do take his statements REALLY personally. Yet I couldn't agree with Bermet more

    Sure, Navalny’s old statements against Central Asian and Caucasian migrants are terrible, but they don’t cause nearly as much damage as Putin’s ongoing support for the real dictators, autocrats, and crooks in power. 3/x
