Especially when it comes to men and in the workplace. I’ve experienced both and it’s sad as hell. I’ve been targeted at jobs because of jealousy over simple things. Bullied by older women because of niggas. It’s not cute.

Sadly this happened to me at my first teaching job. I wanted colleagues to collaborate with and they were constantly sabotaging and excluding me. It was an awful experience and I ended up leaving the classroom altogether. I was very alone at that time.
-
It broke my heart because I really wanted to work with people who had the same interest in educating that I did but it was also not good for my mental health. I will never understand

This very case had been happening to me since I was a kid in professional and personal settings.
-
I was a teenager dealing with older Black women projecting a bullying me in a professional setting. It’s truly disgusting.
