why would you not issue a subpoena? Do it. If they had nothing to hide, they wouldn't fight every step of the way. Everyone should want to ensure that all elections are accurate.

You ALREADY have a subpoena...Judge said it was legal, why do you need another one? Just so they can ignore it too? MAKE THEM COMPLY with the one you have served!
