Iran reported 47 cases till date. We already know about 7 imported cases. Most likely, Iran is underdetecting/reporting cases.
Still, authorities in multiple countries are not taking any preventive measures against Iranian visitors.

For instance, two flights from Iran to Germany have arrived today, more to Europe are still scheduled.
