Undetected cases may have started undetected transmission chains, that cases won't be tested because no link with China etc. Quite worrying.

Since it seems to be transmitted just with a small viral charge, any host genetic variance in any step of virus cycle could drive to asymptomatic patients that could spread the virus at maybe lower but long in time pace and not trackable chain.
Is it know how health authorities are detecting the virus? RT-PCR from blood or sputum, elisa or dotblot (I do not think so), any quick and cheap method could be critical right now.
