3rd new case: detected via 'Enhanced Laboratory Surveillance Programme'. The patient is a 48-year-old man (the 69th case). The patient, with underlying illness, lives in Yun Mei House, Yau Mei Court, Yau Tong. He developed fever and cough on February 18 and was admitted today.
