Yes, there 'may' be. But there isn't any yet. So that's just speculation.

No one can give you a proof, it's not mathematics. We could have for example a nuclear war tomorrow as well. Basing on dynamics one can asses probability as very high though, however a lot of factors are unknown.

More than that, saying there's no proof when local hospitals have been prohibited from running the tests themselves is disingenuous at best.
