Numbers from outside Hubei still seem pretty implausible. Sichuan has 104 recoveries from a grand total of 451 cases? It is right next to Hubei. Of course there are more than 451 cases. Hunan has 339 recoveries out of 968 cases? Right next door to Hubei's 48 K? Not likely.
As you can see on the picture, Tibet is now 'coronavirus free' as the only patient there was discharged from hospital yesterday
