Right, but are virus particles floating through the air in the middle of the city? Are people getting infected just walking around? Are virus particles living for extended periods on surfaces? Do we know any of that? Seems like an effort to look like they're doing something.
Yes it's exactly that, want to look like they're doing something. Or, they know more about the virus than we do (virus living for a long time on surfaces or aerosol transmission)
