Yessss Some things I looked for in my last job hunt: * People [men] at the top of the food chain genuinely care about D&I * "D&I" != "white women" to them * Evidence that women are able to succeed at non-entry levels * Clear attempts to try and counteract bias
I've really come to like three-person interviews to help with bias (plus other things!). As an interviewer, it means that there's someone else in the room to confirm that an issue isn't all in my head. As a candidate, I get to meet more of the team and *see how they interact*
