I don't see how that was a reason to discard it? It was visible on the 7 Jet Black. They could have made the exact same thing

This iPhone X featured a standard dimension power button and a rounded frame for the camera glass.
Apple probably discarded this color variant due to the fact that the logo and the label weren’t visible.

The rounded lense looks way better. Too bad they had no reason for there to even be a bump on this device besides case sales & greed.

Yeah there was a reason - The camera apparatus is not thin enough for it AND the lenses/sensors to fit flush with the phone. Apple has no reason to decrease user experience because it wants to make a MINISCULE amount on cases
