iPhone folks! I have a Buying Used question. When does the Activation Lock screen show up during setup? Before "Hello" or after? i.e., what screen would you want to see to be sure a used iPhone is not locked/stolen/etc.?

TouchID or FaceID / passcode config means i the device is not bound to an AppleID
right after wifi > activation the iCloud Lock screen will pop up, if not present, iPhone would flow to the above mentioned one
