Wow! One weird trick to enable JTAG on iPhone XR!
(1) Remove old A12 SoC from regular iPhone XR
(2) Program and unfuse(?) new A12 SoC
(3) Solder new A12 SoC
(4) ???
(5) Profit!

They install SoCs that are already 00, as you can see the SoC has no label on it. New SoCs (prod ones) have the proper label. Here is an example of Development fused SoCspic.twitter.com/XFl1O5Z0vF
