I can’t see how a device could break the law. It’s obviously got a ‘legitimate’ use which is quite mundane. Transferring data from phone A to phone B. I just found it interesting they use Cellebrite with the history of the two companies. No enemies in business though!
I still wouldn’t enjoy taking a device for a battery replacement in a place where people can still take a look at my camera roll.

Agreed. It may be quick and convenient but not a chance I’d allow my phone anywhere near it.
