technically speaking, that device breaks into the security systems and has access to the user data (+ many other features). Of course it can be used for a legitimate scope. But it can be used in the same way for an unethical scope. I mean, really country-based stuff.
Technically speaking it doesn't. That's not a UFED, that's the device phone stores use to transfers contacts and texts over when you get a new phone. IE the phone is unlocked by the owner giving the device access, it doesn't break into it at all. Totally separate product
