Also, if you live in Multnomah County, you'll have to go to the Penumbra Kelly building to get photographed and fingerprinted.
I have an appointment later this month and it's going to be very surreal to walk into that building and be like "oh hello, yes we've met but I expect you don't remember. Or perhaps you do. Anyway no hard feeling right? please allow me to carry a gun"
