Why is it that most ladies of this era can’t give birth to more than 5 kids while our grandmas would get 10 or more kids???

unless they are Quiver Full, the main reason to have many children is to have free labor for the family business. I have found out many women claim to enjoy being pregnant and birthing children (seriously, that is a thing). IMO, getting pregnant and giving birth is the worst ever
