Biden denies wanting to destroy private insurance. Categorically states he's in favor of it He points out that Trump keeps talking about his plan to "protect pre-existing conditions" and never delivers. "I guess we'll get that plan when we get the infrastructure plan!"

Biden asked if we're moving towards a nightmare hellscape in which the government runs all healthcare. He says that won't happen, but that "healthcare is a right and not a privilege." Talks up the plan with the usual happy words
