There was never any lockdown. There was just middle-class people hiding while working-class people brought them things.

As a theatre professional, I wish you’d told that to me and all our audience members in May before we lost our lease and had to close down a venue that had been producing live theatre for more than 25 years. Oh well! We were just silly scaredy middle class folks, I guess.

I think this tweet is criticizing the fact that we didn't have a total lockdown, not calling you scared. This pandemic has killed so many dreams: an actual lockdown could have perhaps lessened that tragedy Really sorry about your theatre venue. The arts have suffered horribly
