In the photo of the cult members his finger isn’t in the trigger guard. His trigger discipline looked good to me.

It is mostly inside the trigger guard and his finger isn't long enough to get a good pull on the trigger. Should be an inch higher in resting position. He needs a different gun. This one isn't right for him.
