Respectfully, I already follow Brian's good advice and get arrest footage when I can We are acutely aware of our legal rights and the ways in which those rights are violated every night. We do our best under the circumstances and have the bruises/injuries to prove it
Brian is kind of press dad. He advises a lot of us and is contact with the attorneys more than just about anyone.
Melissa, Laura, do you all think there's interest in a production/safety/documentation from folks with less experience or less technical knowledge? (anyone who has been out for awhile now has had plenty of experience!)
I'll second this. Last night I asserted my rights under the TRO to Brent Taylor and he stopped badgering me to get on the sidewalk. Other nights he and others have used physical force to move me under almost identical circumstances.
