If anyone is in a similar situation, feel free to hmu! We’ve been gathering info sources, articles, podcasts, etc to attempt to show them evidence outside of their rural bubble. I am just so happy they aren’t the type to fall into the Q hole.
A support group would be awesome actually. I think one of the biggest detriments to my mental health is the little voice that's always present during protests that says "if you get injured or killed out here your mom will be real sad but also think you kind of had it coming"

Being able to see people in similar situations just in these comments has helped me feel not alone. It’s not really something I talk about with friends bc reasons. I don’t defend the actions and beliefs of my family, ACAB every day, but I also don’t know wtf to do next.
