The worst part of being an adult is the deep awareness that the world is fucked and feeling responsible for changing it but not knowing how but it's also not great that no one can stop me from eating nothing but ice cream for two days straight

add to that being a parent and knowing i have to model responsible dietary habits
It's definitely more of a problem when no one can judge you for living a dysfunctional lifestyle
