I’m also “hearing” that
@JUICEPDX1 hasn’t been too forthcoming with info and that not all who’ve been advertised have endorsed this event. There is also an alternate flyer that states it’s a “family friendly event”. Confusing at the least...

It was a safe event. Guess what Black lead/organized events can be safer then you thought. We don't antagonize or incite violence, we educate!

I attended the event. The only thing in question was the lack of transparency initially. After decades of this I don’t guess about anything.

This event was as safe as any other that took place in Portland today. Underestimating the abilities of organizers by assuming they were not aware of safety concerns is wrong.

I am relieved and happy that this event went off without violence. It is extremely good that the Proud Boys chose not to attack any event yesterday I stand by my analysis of the location and safety of this event
