It's possible that this event is taking place at the Vanport Historical Marker rather than Historic Vanport. The fact that it's hard to tell is itself troubling. I am at the Vanport Historical Marker which has the advantage of not being a deathtrap, but not much else

One advantage of this area is it's hard to drive to. The Proud Boys will have a car caravan, and they'll have to single file in if they decide to go here Again though, the event flier say "Historic Vanport," which is the kettle-dream I described above

Have you talked to the event runners about that. If it's in the fenced area... I wouldn't set foot in there without tools to cut and run.

It's worth noting that the fenced areas have Private Property signs on them. I don't care about the legality but there's danger in breaking through to private property and damaging a private fence

The dog park at the historical marker is a trap. All the fascists have to do is post up a few trucks at N Force and then send their main caravan down N Victory to N Expo and then everyone in the dog park would be trapped. There are only 2 ways in/out, either by car or by foot.
