That was a mistake. Having them at a known location would have made it easier keeping the peace. They're going to come no matter what, so it would have been best to have them confined to 1 area.

they can still go there, just like we don't have a peninsula park permit. They can say that they each arrived with their car load, and they don't have a right to a picnic shelter.
