The Grand Jury indicted one officer of "wanton endangerment" for firing wildly into three neighboring apartments The Grand Jury did NOT mention Breonna Taylor in the charges which means that NO ONE was indicted in Taylor's death Absolutely fuck thishttps://www.courier-journal.com/story/news/local/breonna-taylor/2020/09/23/what-we-know-about-breonna-taylor-case-announcement/5415646002/ …

Another super fun fact this horrible Wednesday morning: the officer's bail? 15K Your regularly-scheduled reminder that @betacuck4lyfe's bail was in the hundreds of thousands for the crime of preventing a Nazi from killing someone with a hammer, an incident in which no one died

The officer has 3 charges of it, it's possible the sentences would be consecutive, not concurrent; which would be serious prison time (15 years). With events like this, I don't know what a just sentence is...

Those charges are still for accidentally firing into other apartments. Honestly, even if it carried a life sentence it wouldn't be OK. He should be tried for the death of the person he murdered
