So the Proud Boys are moving to VanPort (delta park) for their hate rally on the 26th. I thought they used Terry Shrunk Plaza because was federal property and @tedwheeler refused to give them a permit. I'm suspicious of this move. They don't have a permit, and it could potentially leave everyone stranded in North Portland while they actually go downtown. Last August they met in a different location than their declared location, then marched in We'll have to stay very flexible
