Sorry. I'm confused. A protested was swinging a hammer? 'cause I don't think protesters should be doing that. Although, I do think the police should have found psychiatric help for both of these people, without harming or arresting either. Jesus.
The person swinging the hammer was not a protester. He had a bike with a lot of gear and some cans on it; he may be a houseless person. He was not a fan of the protest
