Yes! For an older history, "In God's Country" by David Niewert is fantastic James Aho's "Far Right Fantasy" is a sociological exploration but readable and very good Matthew Lyons' "Insurgent Supremacists" focuses on the whole far right but has great sections on the PNW
Also this isn't specific to the PNW but "Right-Wing Critics of American Conservatism" is an incredible history of relations between the mainstream and far right in America, just absolutely fabulous
