I think it’s fucking hilarious how far righters hear a song that sounds like mayonnaise and says “USA” and they immediately feel an obligation to play it.
The amount of cognitive dissonance in this video is through the absolute roof.
No that would be ironically playing it. Bruce Springsteen has always been outspoken about his support for working class politics, this song in particular is an anti-war song that is very much critical of the US government. He's also done some really good Woody Guthrie covers.
