If that is the shooter, his name is Brandon Brown. He's a Brandon Farley wannabe (if you can imagine such a pathetic life goal). I wouldn't have pegged him as a shooter. He's typically the biggest weeny of the bunch, except maybe Farley himself. But it's 2020 & all bets are off.
