I’m super torn on the counter protesting. I feel like leaving them alone allows people to see how artificial and disorganized they are. To see that they have no intention of doing anything but antagonizing anti-fascists (peaceful protestors) and otherwise don’t do anything.
It's a hard question. In my experience, when the far right comes into town looking for an enemy, they find one whether Antifa shows up or not. There's a logic that it's better for them to face off against people who know what they're up against
