Actually you’re wrong. If he wasn’t doing anything illegal, he can petition to the city or sue to be reimbursed for the new tires he must now buy.

Did anyone get it on video? Tires are expensive and he should be able to get reimbursement from the city. Especially if he was just driving through and not a part of the protests.
