      Ther was no attempted murder in this case. You have a person driving a truck being swarmed by people, some of whom are striking his vehicle, and tried to obstruct his truck with a motorcycle, and the driver safely fled the situation.

      Incorrect. The truck charged through a barricade a block up, stopped only when the brave motorcyclist sacrificed his ride, then charged through the crowd, destroying the motorcycle Then he brandished a gun at the crowd
