Are these supposed to be non-federal cops? Are we sure the federal cops did not just change uniforms? I have seen them infiltrate local law enforcement many times!

It's certainly possible, but it'd also possible that our cops are bastards. Things weren't exactly great here before the feds showed up--we were still getting gassed and brutalized. The feds ratcheted up the violence levels, and it's possible the cops are just into it
