The thing is, other players who aren't on your quest chain or in your party can't see the dragon. They're in the same castle but they're having a totally different experience Sometimes they'll see your character just vanish mid-stride
And sometimes if the game glitches out and you die in the middle of the fight, you can't get back in. You go to the castle and your friends are like "help us" and it's just a castle for you. You're out of the instance. Just have to wait for your team to win or die
