Serious question. Trying to understand. Why are protestors at the fed courthouse? Why not back up a few blocks, peacefully protest all u want & not give Trumpity any excuse to call in his private army & ability to peddle the bs of protecting the buildings?
An interesting question and probably not one I'm equipped to answer. There's been a lot of discussion over whether they're in the right spot Ultimately, I think it's the idea they should be allowed to protest anywhere and a contrarian impulse to go wherever they're wanted least
Probably right. I just can’t help feeling they’re giving Trumpity EXACTLY what he wants. Now he and his cult can say, “See?!? Riots, destruction, anarchy!” I don’t want him to have a damn thing to point to.
